Our Aizome-Fu fabrics with traditional Japanese patterns are meant to replicate that same rich and beautiful blue shade that the indigo dye, Aizome (藍染め) creates.

Natural fabric

The naturally off-white fabric used to make Kake Futon Comforter is known as kibata. Being 100% natural (bleach and dye free), you can see tiny black specks on the fabric which are actually the dried calyx of the cotton flowers.

Circle Loop

The tiny loop attached on each corner of the Kake Futon Comforter allows you to secure the string ties found inside the Kake Futon Comforter Cover, for the perfect fit.

A warm comforter with impeccable craftsmanship

Beautifully designed comforter that has kept me warm throughout the night. My only regret is that I'll eventually have to store it back in the closet once the weather starts getting warmer. Until then, I'll enjoy the restful sleep with it while the temperature remains cold. Thank you!
