The Kake Futon is a generously stuffed blanket, designed to offer warmth and comfort for restful sleep, especially in cold climates. Filled with 100% cotton for excellent heat retention and wicking properties, you will be kept cozy and snug throughout the night.

Our Aizome-Fu fabrics with traditional Japanese patterns are meant to replicate that same rich and beautiful blue shade that the indigo dye, Aizome (藍染め) creates.

Natural fabric

The naturally off-white fabric used to make Kake Futon Comforter is known as kibata. Being 100% natural (bleach and dye free), you can see tiny black specks on the fabric which are actually the dried calyx of the cotton flowers.

The tiny loop attached on each corner of the Kake Futon Comforter allows you to secure the string ties found inside the Kake Futon Comforter Cover, for the perfect fit.
