Tawara Pillow
Inspired by the traditional Japanese straw rice bale (kome-dawara, or simply tawara), once used to transport rice across Japan, the Tawara Pillow is a charming and comfortable companion for restful moments.
Its cylindrical form gently cradles the head and neck, making it perfect for napping or relaxing. Designed with adjustable side ties, the height can be easily customized — simply tighten or loosen the cords to find your ideal support.
Long Pillow
The Long Pillow is created by connecting two Tawara Pillows into one extended form, allowing you to roll over comfortably with ease.
Versatile and practical, it works beautifully as a nap pillow, a body pillow, or even as a supportive footrest — one pillow, offering many ways to relax.
Like the Tawara Pillow, it features adjustable side ties that allow you to customize the height to suit your preference. Simply loosen the strings for a lower profile, or tighten them to create fuller, higher support.

For years, we only offered the Tawara and Long Pillow — beloved for their traditional charm, but a bit narrow for turning over or a full night’s sleep. Many of you asked, “Why not a standard pillow?”
