Fantastic - Take the plunge, buy a futon!

It's been fourteen years since I was last in Japan, but I have never forgotten the experience of sleeping on the futon. I've been sleeping on the floor all these years, but not in quite the same style and luxury. This shiki futon from the professionals at Takaokaya is worth every penny and I only wish I had purchased one sooner. The quality is impeccable. It is very beautiful, very comfortable and relaxing, and I love the morning and evening ritual of putting it out and taking it up. I highly recommend to anyone considering it to go for it! So glad I did it!

I have been debating between a single mattress and a futon. Did some research and read the reviews of products here in the US and I was not impressed. I came across this website and did my due diligence. It’s a brave new world out there so I ordered. I’ve been to Japan before and their craftsmanship is real and they deliver. I waited maybe 2-3 weeks but let me tell you it’s worth it. I ordered the twin size futon and a cover and it’s the best sleep of my life. I feel I’m sleeping on a cloud. My back felt supported and the best part is waking up feeling like a spring chicken. The cotton fabric is what sold me to order from this company and sure did I have no regrets.
