- The standard size for embroidered characters is approximately 2cm × 2cm. We may adjust the size depending on the length of the text or the specific product.

Placement & Font: To best suit the product's design, the exact position of the embroidery and the font type used will be beautifully determined by Takaokaya.
Character Limit: For requests exceeding 40 characters, please contact us directly. We’d be happy to consult with you to find the best way to bring your vision to life.

All of our products are made-to-order. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you once your order is confirmed. Please allow approximately 14-20 business days for production before your item is shipped.

Omakase (お任せ) is a Japanese phrase that means "I leave it up to you."
With this service, Takaokaya's global team will carefully select the embroidery color and font that best complements your chosen Kangu. It is a unique, collaborative approach that allows us to craft something special together!
- If you prefer full control over the color and font selection, we recommend choosing your own options rather than Omakase.
- Because this is a personalized creative service, all Omakase design choices are final and cannot be exchanged, or altered once made.
