  • Service Only: This item is for the embroidery service only. Please ensure the product you wish to embroider is also in your cart, and specify which item should receive the embroidery in the "Notes" section when placing your order.

  • Lead Time: Please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks beyond our standard production time for the completion of your embroidered items.

Size
The standard size for embroidered characters is approximately 2cm × 2cm. We may adjust the size depending on the length of the text or the specific product.
Note
Placement & Font: To best suit the product's design, the exact position of the embroidery and the font type used will be beautifully determined by Takaokaya.

Character Limit: For requests exceeding 20 characters, please contact us directly. We’d be happy to consult with you to find the best way to bring your vision to life.

Fabric Selection: For the best results, we recommend choosing a solid-colored fabric. If your product features a two-tone combination (like the Ojami), please specify which color panel you would like the embroidery placed on in the "Notes" section.

Custom Requests: If you want to create a fully customized embroidery with your own design, logo, specific font, or custom size, please contact us at intl@takaoka-kyoto.jp. Let's co-create something beautiful together!
Lead Time

All of our products are made-to-order. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you once your order is confirmed. Please allow approximately 14-20 business days for production before your item is shipped.

  • Lead times may vary depending on current workshop volume and specific customizations, such as embroidery, Hanakomon, or water-repellent finishing.
  • Delivery times vary by country and carrier.
  • If you have a specific deadline, please feel free to contact us (intl@takaoka-kyoto.jp). We will do our best to accommodate your request and expedite your order where possible.
