Biwako Hanakaido is a ryokan (Japanese-style hotel) located in Ohmi in Shiga Prefecture.
In the surrounding areas, you can take a trip to the the temple situated at the top of Mount Hiei, or simply admire the breathtaking views which were made famous by ukiyo-e artist Utagawa Hiroshige (also known as Ando Hiroshige) in one of his most well-known works: "8 Views of Ohmi".
