The ‘Little Ojami’, unlike its sibling the regular Ojami Cushion, these little meditation zafu pillows have a ‘beanbag’ feel that is reminiscent of the original beanbag toy called otedama, or ojami in the Kyoto dialect that our Ojami range is based upon. The small design of the Cojami is the perfect height and firmness as a meditation zafu pillow, which is why it is especially popular among our customers who practice meditation.
On the other hand, the medium size Cojami Pillow is also popular among Japanese parents because it is the perfect height to be used for kids.
With three fillings options available. The hard polyethylene pipe is the original filling which has been a long-term favorite among Takaokaya customers.
The buckwheat filling was chosen to cater to our customers that are looking for a more natural and environmentally kind alternative filling.
Lastly, the recent addition to the lot is the soft polyethylene pipe which provides softness.
This Cojami was created in collaboration with Casamance, a well-known French interior fabric maker.
